A New Year.
A new opportunity for change, growth, and creation.
A time for reflection when we think about where we are and where we want to be in 2018.
As you look at your 2017 Year in Review, I invite you to look beyond the major achievements or setbacks and search for the moments that matter. What moments touched your heart in 2017? Maybe it was time spent with family, friends, and loved ones. Maybe it was the moments you spent with a patient and their family explaining the diagnosis, the treatment plan, and the prognosis in a way that only you could do, that allowed them a new level of understanding. Maybe it was a smile, a hug, or a kind gesture from someone whose life you touched in a way that you were completely unaware.
Great achievements are made up of seemingly insignificant moments that often get overlooked. As you make your New Year’s Resolutions and set goals for 2018 remember to celebrate the moments that make it all possible.
